Professional Experience: With over 12 years of expertise in credit, banking, and Investment Banking, Jesper Dissing has honed his skills at Nordea, the leading Investment Bank in the Nordic region
Specialized Focus: Jesper’s primary focus lies in advising Danish corporate and private equity clients on a spectrum of financial matters, including bank financing, M&A/acquisition and IPO financing, as well as capital structure and rating advisory.
Recognition: Part of the Nordea team securing the #1 position within Syndicated Loans in Denmark for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023 by Prospera.
Educational Background: Jesper holds a BSc in Economics and Administration, as well as an MSc in Finance and International Business, both from Aarhus School of Business
